Do I need a license to apply?
No. We help unlicensed candidates through pre-licensing and the state exam, then straight into bootcamp. We will walk through the licensing steps and any costs on your career call.
Is this W-2 or 1099?
Agents contract as independent 1099 agents. Your career call covers contracting, taxes and what that means for you.
Do I have to pay for leads?
It depends on your level. New agents receive starter leads to get moving, producers can buy exclusive leads from our in-house engine at agent pricing, and leaders earn priority lead flow. We go through the numbers on your career call.
Is there a cost to join or use the CRM?
We'll lay out every cost — onboarding, E&O and CRM — on your career call. No surprises and nothing hidden until after you contract.
Can I start part-time?
Yes. Many agents start part-time and move to full-time as their book grows. We'll build a plan around your schedule.
Which products will I sell?
Life insurance (term, whole, final expense, IUL), mortgage protection, Medicare and ACA health plans, depending on your licenses and certifications.
